Naartjie Infused Bran Muffins

1. Use your favourite prepacked Bran Muffin mix.

2. Wisk eggs, milk and oil together. Add 15 ml Burst Dried Naartjie Infusion Granules to dry ingredients.

3. Chop five Burst Dried Naartjie Rounds into small chunks and add to dry ingredients. Mix wet and dry ingredients.

4. Put spoonful scoops of dough into a muffin pan and top with a segment of Burst Dried Naartjie.

5. Bake for 20 min at 180 °C until firm and brown.

6. Serve with butter, marmalade and Rooibos Tea infused with Burst Naartjie Infusion Granules.
