Dried ruby grapefruit slices have a bittersweet marmalade flavour.

Usage Instructions

Drinks infusers: Use 2-3 slices to infuse 250 ml water or tea. Steep for 3-5 minutes or more. Use within 8 hours.

For food preparation: add to salads, snack on it, great in unflavoured gin and tonic, add to a baking batter or chocolate treats, unflavoured yoghurt. Rehydrates in 3-5 minutes.

Storage recommendation: Keep tightly sealed in a cool, dark and dry place.

Dehydrated fruit reacts to a humid environment and will start rehydrating spontaneously. Depending on what texture you prefer, it is recommended to keep the product tightly sealed.
