1. Description of products and services offering of Burst Botanicals
Burst Botanicals (Burst) is an e-commerce store in the dried fruit and botanical infusions industry.
2. Sales Agreement
A sales agreement between Burst and a customer is only binding once the company receives proof of payment from the customer. Products only get dispatched to customers once payment is received.
3. Delivery Policy
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days, subject to seasonal availability, receipt of payment, and courier services. All orders are dispatched via courier service. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.
You accept that for us to prove delivery of an order, you can receive it in person or by any person at the delivery address who signed for the delivery.
4. Return and Refunds Policy
4.1 Seasonal availability
The supply of products and services by Burst is subject to seasonal availability. Burst will contact customers to discuss other options or new timelines when unobtainable.
4.2 Cancellation of orders
- Burst can cancel an order when not receiving proof of payment from the customer. Once the customer has made payment for an order, they can only cancel the order before Burst has shipped it.
- If receiving a damaged package, the customer must inform Burst within one working day of receiving it. Burst undertake to arrange for a replacement product to be sent for our account or refund you in full for the damaged product.
- All products are sold with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within seven days of receipt with the reason for dissatisfaction. If the product is in its original sealed container, we will issue a return number and a return delivery address, and shipping costs for the return will be for your account. If the item is received in the original sealed packaging, we will refund you the product’s value. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, we will consider the feedback in our R&D department to improve our products.
- When receiving an incorrect product, you must contact Burst within one working day. If the mistake occurred in our packaging line, we would arrange to swap the product for the initial order on our account.
5. Customer privacy
Burst is committed to taking all reasonable steps to protect our customer’s personal information. For this clause, “personal information” is detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The government document can be downloaded HERE
Burst respect the privacy of their customers. All personal information collected on this website will be kept confidential and not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will only be used to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. 6. Payment options
Payments on the Burst e-commerce store facilitates all credit cards on the secure Payfast platform.
6.1 Transaction currency
The commercial outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
6.2 Service delivery responsibility
Burst takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of products and services offered on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
7. Disclaimer
Burst strives to offer accurate and up to date information on their website and that all products promoted cause no harm to our customers or the environment. Burst does not accept responsibility for any adverse reactions that our products may cause.
